My Drive Save & Safe transponder wasnβt transmitting and I wasnβt able to solve the
problem myself. I was greeted by Mercedes as soon as I entered the office. She was professional and personable as she worked through the problem and solved it while I waited. Jenn came over to say hello and make sure everything was going smoothly for me. I love the teamwork on the office and have been with State Farm for many years. Thanks Mercedes, you made my day.
