Meet the Team: Julie, Account Manager
Julie's journey has taken her across the United States and even overseas, but she has found her way back to her hometown in Southern Illinois. She graduated from Eastern Illinois University, where she met her husband, David, who served in the Army. Their military life led them to various locations, including stops in Kentucky, Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, Texas, Kansas, Germany, and Hawaii. In 2021, David retired, and they returned to Southern Illinois, where they now reside with their two children, Kate and Jack.
During her time abroad, Julie pursued her master's degree in elementary education and taught first grade in Virginia and Hawaii. Upon returning to Illinois, she decided to take a break from teaching and discovered a new opportunity working for State Farm agents in a customer service capacity. Julie loves the flexibility of her position and enjoys working with different State Farm offices and their customers. Every day brings new experiences and opportunities for growth.
